FAMILY PHOTO BREAKDOWN
Here is a list of family photos needed during Family Photo time, we always start with the largest number on each side of the family and “whittle” down by having people step out - this is the fastest way of making sure we don’t miss anything. Except for Grandma & Grandpa, we make sure to get their photos done immediately so we don’t have them standing waiting. CHANGES? Make any changes or notes that you see fit, but do keep in mind that it can be difficult to find people post ceremony.

DINNER please read

We DO REQUIRE a Table and a Meal for both ourselves and our assistants if we have any. Having a designated small bistro table in a corner of the room absolutely works for us if we are not in a seating plan - just tell us beforehand! :) As long as we have a table & a seat we’re happy as clams! After a long day, we have had to eat standing in lobbies before and have had meals prematurely removed by wait staff (we are up and down a lot), so we do require a Table. A sincere thank you in advance! NOTE: We try to eat around the same time as you so we don’t miss any shots of you mingling!

TRADITIONS
1) Will there be any special Traditions happening during the Ceremony or Day?
Tell us about them:
2) Will there be any surprises we need to be aware of - so we don’t miss any shots!
